Training Compassion Skills in Workplaces
One of my major passions is building compassion skills in workplaces, as I believe a compassionate workplace experience can ripple out into our other dimensions of living.
I created the 9-Pillars of Workplace compassion as a framework for compassion training, and I have taught this framework in organizations in the USA and India. The most successful programs I have offered are in the form of 'Compassion Hackathons' which have resulted in empowering feedback from attendees, some years after the offering.
This is an online course on compassion skills I built in over a year. Truly a passion of love, I made 140 videos, learned how to create a L&D course on Wordpress-LearnDash with a bunch of features and functionalities. I joined an online Micromasters in Instructional Design from University of Maryland Global Campus, so I can do justice to the build of this course. I am proud of the material and non-material sacrifices that went into making this course, because it showed me how much I was willing to take on for a idea I am passinate about.

These human centric-tools aim to create a makeover of individual mindsets, leadership, and company culture in a cost effective way.
Curating Compassion
A few months ago, I got into conversation with Leadernomics, a leadership training company based in Malaysia, to spread the idea of compassionate leadership in Malaysia and beyond. As a result I have started a compassion channel on Necole, their online leadership platform. Stay tuned for Fireside conversations with experts that I have been recording. to be released starting January 2022.
The future of workplaces requires us to be more human than ever. Unfortunately, in spite of overwhelming proof, life-skills training is not prioritized in many workplaces.
At Compassionleaders, we address this need through digital courses, online and in-person workshops, compassion hackathons, leadership retreats, life coaching, team building and culture consulting.
Our Compassion Hackathons have been especially impactful. These 1 to 2 day programs are designed with the idea that every individual of an organization is a invested change-maker, and giving them the tools and motivation to work together to build more compassionate teams.
